Gig Diary 2007
Mole's Eye - February 9, 2007
Some new faces in the crowd kept our regulars (and their groove thangs) on their toes!
Don't believe me...

The Brattleboro Winter Carnival - February 24, 2007
This was our first time to play for the Winter Carnival crowd. We had a grand ol' time! The
dance floor at the VFW is HUGE and sports not one but TWO disco balls -what more could
band ask for? There was much dancing and making merrry...and some awesome audience
participation on percussion.

The Common Ground - November 2, 2007
A bit melancoly was the evening...a long goodbye to a fine community friend. Those what
came to dance had a spankin' good time!

Gilsum Old Home Days -September 8, 2007
Well, it didn't rain this year, but man oh! man were the flying critters out thick and fast! At
one point Cyndi opened her mouth wide to holler something out, and choked on a small
sqaudron of mosquitoes.

But neither rain, nor sleet, nor snow, nor critters will stop the good folks of Gilsum from
having their annual good time.

Nesbitts Portside Tavern - December 21, 2007

We haven't played at Cam's Dam Bar in some time. We'd forgotten what a fun crowd
gathers here. Folks were in fine fettle, feeling very holidayish. Eric and Jaye brought Ms.
Joanna with them, and she became the belle of the ball. We've talked with Mike and are
planning many return trips to Nesbitts in 2008!

Route 63 Roadhouse - December 15, 2007

Our first gig at "the old gal" was a BLAST! We opened for the Stone Coyotes - Wow! These folks
have been making rock-n-roll for a long time, and doing it well. It was an honor to share the stage
with them.

I think the thing that stuck with us most is just how much folks at the Roadhouse LOVE live music.
Don't get me wrong, they were also there to dance and laugh and drink and talk...but the music is
what brings them together. We are really looking forward to our next git there!

The camera battery died before I got too many pix. I promise to take more at our next gig!

Alyson's Orchard - December 31, 2007

What a lovely place to spend New Year's Eve! The massive snow fall from earlier in the week
abated just enough to make it safe for traveling. Snow covered hills as far as the eye could see,
snow covered apple trees, snow covered farm houses, snow covered everything! It was a
wonderful evening, delicious dinner followed by enthusiastic shaking of groove thangs!

The one problem was an issue with my digital camera. I had a hard time snapping pictures due to a
strange delay.
